Replacement Current USA Nova T5 Fluorescent 2 x 54 Watt T-5 Ballast (Model No.: T5120-254HO Electronic Ballast).
NOTE: This ballast is 14-3/4" X 1-1/8" X 1-1/4". The ballast in your fixture may be a different length as Current USA switched to this new ballast in 2008. Electrically, this ballast is 100% compatible with all Current USA fixtures requiring the 2X54 Watt ballast. However, you may need to modify the mounts to fit this ballast into your fixture. Additionally, in late 2008 Current USA stopped using the 2X54 Watt ballast in the 48 inch Nova Extreme 4 x 54 Watt fixtures. They switched to 1X54 Watt ballasts.
This ballast supplies power to two 54 Watt T5 bulbs in the following Current USA fixtures (though these ballasts may not be used in all cases--read above):
