The Typhoon by D & D Marine Enterprises Inc. is designed to meet the need for a high quality hang-on skimmer for tanks up to 110 gallons at a reasonable price. The Typhoon uses advanced electronic technology to eliminate glue seams, and potential leaks found on other products. The fabrication technique creates a cohesive bond at the molecular level, welding the plastics together. The Typhoon comes with a limited lifetime warranty for the skimmer body--the best leak protection warranty in the trade.
