Kent Marine Rx-P Parasite Treatment 8 oz is a triple acting parasite treatment for saltwater ich and can be used with most invertebrates. When treating a whole aquarium, treatment can affect healthy organisms as well as the parasitic invaders. This product should be used by experienced aquarists familiar with health signs of fish and corals.

  • To use, add 10 ml per 25 gallons of aquarium water every other day. Continued treatment for seven doses (13 days).
  • This product MUST be used in conjunction with a protein skimmer! Adjust skimmer daily for good foam production! The treatment objective is to have a high concentration of Kent Marine Rx-P peak when dosed, then be reduced rapidly by the skimmer. Remove carbon filtration.
  • Using with Fish: Not recommended for lionfish or scorpion fish. Treated fish must be in reasonably healthy condition for treatment to be effective and for recovery to occur.
  • Using with Reefs: Should not be used in aquariums containing starfish, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, sea apples, medusa worms, nudibranchs or similar animals. Not recommended for colonial anemones (mushrooms), acropora or other small polyped stony corals.
