Reef One biOrb Aquarium Kit

The biOrb Aquarium Kit combines the look of a traditional fish bowl with the performance of a hi-tech aquarium. We carry both the biOrb 8 Gallon Aquarium Kit and the biOrb 16 Gallon Aquarium Kit. With the filter barely visible in the bottom of the globe, once the biOrb Aquarium Kit is filled with water there is nothing to detract from its perfect 360 degree viewing angle. You may want to also purchase a biOrb accessory, such as the biOrb Light (Intelligent Led Light Kit), biOrb volcano, biOrb plant, Marine Conversion Kit, biOrb Swap Top, Tropical Heater Kit (biOrb Heater Pack) or Algae Magnet along with your biOrb aquarium (all available on this page). The filter design uses a unique systemized five-stage method combining biological, mechanical and chemical filtration. This significantly reduces maintenance while ensuring that the water remains healthy and crystal clear for months between the simple filter cartridge changes (filter detail diagram in new window). Includes cartridge filter pad and holder, ceramic filter media, Stress Coat with healing power of Aloe Vera for removing chlorine and Stress Zyme for biological filtration.

The built in timer automatically simulates a natural light cycle in your aquarium
Six timer options to choose from
The default timer option is as follows. The single LED blue moonlight will fade into the two daylight LEDs over a one hour period. After eight hours of daylight it will then fade back into the moonlight over a 1 hour period. Then, for 14 hours only the moonlight will shine.
