The Current USA Fission Nano-Skimmer is the smallest protein skimmer in the world, measuring only 6.5” high and 2” in diameter (requires an area 10" X 4" X 4" with the pump below and 8" X 5" X 3" with the pump to the side). Powered by an efficient air injection pump, the patented design rips bubbles into a vortex foam froth, breaking apart proteins and organics, removing them from the tank. Easy-to-install.
Features:
- The air injection submersible pump pushes 84 gallons per hour through the skimmer, mixing bubbles and organics in a tornado fashion. The collection cup easily lifts off for easy cleaning. The pump can be connected so it is next to, beside, or under the skimmer.
- Includes a submersible venturi pump, protein skimmer, suction cups for mounting, hanging kit and two connection elbows.
- The Fission Nano-Skimmer is a perfect addition to any Current USA AquaPod or other nano-reef tank that can accommodate a power cord over the side of the tank and a 6.5" X 2" protein skimmer (requires an area 10" X 4" X 4" with the pump below and 8" X 5" X 3" with the pump to the side).
