The Reef Octopus MF-2000 Media Filter is built to last. The two cone strainers on each end of the reactor prevent large course media from being passed through and allow for the dispersed contact around the media for more efficient chemical filtration. It includes an adaptable input and output. Choose between rigid PVC (1/2") plumbing or flexible hose for the ultimate in setup versatility. Equipped with a precision control flow valve inlet.
  • 4″ diameter, 21.75″ high & 5.5" x 5.5" footprint
  • Requires: Your choice of media, a feed pump & hoses
  • Recommended Tank Size: 375 gallons marine / 750 gallons freshwater
  • Capacity: Holds approx. 1 gallon of media (depends on filtration media used and their manufacturer recommendations)
