The Inland Seas Premium Pelletized Activated Carbon comes in a flow through bag with a zipper. This Activated Carbon is of the highest quality and will remove odors and discoloring compounds from the water. Carbon should be replaced every month (every two months at the most).

Perfect for the Coralife NEW STYLE Size 32 LED BioCube Aquarium and other nano tanks. It's also a perfect substitute for the carbon bags used in aquarium canister filters manufactured by Fluval, AquaTop, OASE, AquaEl & Aqueon.

Because these flow through bags have a zipper, they can be re-used. You can buy bulk activated carbon, such as the Inland Seas Premium Pelletized Activated Carbon, 8 lb, and replace the 6 ounces of carbon several times while re-using the flow through carbon bag.
