We all want products we purchase as soon as possible, and this program is a step in that direction.

Any item with the FedEx 2-Day Air Upgrade logo will ship FedEx 2-Day Air. If other items on your order are not too big or heavy, we might also ship them 2-Day Air. In some instances, we will ship the 2-Day Air Upgrade item FedEx Ground or FedEx Home because it will arrive in either two days or, in some cases (if shipped on Friday or to Arizona), a day or two earlier. As we are in Arizona, locations that always are two days (or one day) include almost all California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado. This is also true for everything well sell that does not have the FedEx 2-Day Air Upgrade logo (with the exception of a few very large chillers and aquariums that are drop shipped from the manufacturer).

Keep in mind that 2-Day refers to business days, which in this case is Monday through Friday. It does not include major holidays, which most years are New Year's, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Fourth of July, and Christmas.

FedEx expedited shipping is, in general, a Monday through Friday operation. They do not normally pick up or deliver on the weekend*. You can get a delivery on Saturday, but it's expensive, and Saturday delivery is not part of this FedEx 2-Day Air Upgrade. The two-day delivery time refers to business days (Monday through Friday).

• Weekend orders and Monday orders placed before 2PM Arizona Time will be delivered on Wednesday
• Tuesday orders placed before 2PM Arizona Time will be delivered on Thursday
• Wednesday orders placed before 2PM Arizona Time will be delivered on Friday
• Thursday orders placed before 2PM Arizona Time will be delivered on Monday
• Friday orders placed before 2PM Arizona Time will be delivered on Tuesday

We reserve the right to require a signature for delivery, and this may delay delivery.

The $30 value! attributed to this Upgrade is a just a generalization. We had to put in a set amount, and $30 was a reasonable amount.

*NOTE: There are instances when FedEx delivers on the weekend, but it is not to be expected. These weekend deliveries are not predictable.
