The 7.01 and 4.01 Calibration Solutions can be used to set the probe for proper readings of freshwater pH. It is best to calibrate using two points as it ensures more accuracy when reading to have two bases of reference instead of just one. The points should also be as close to what you expect to be reading as that will provide the best data to compare against.
