Be sure to unplug your filter before cleaning. Replace your media with all the included media. This includes the Quick-Clear Water Polishing Pad & Carbon, which should be replaced every month, and the Bio-Foam, which should be replaced every six months.
Also replace any Ammonia & Zeo-Carb you are using (not included).
You should replace only half of your BioMax every six months (BioMax included).
The Inland Seas Super Lube is for lubricating the Motor Head Gasket, AquaStop O-Ring Gaskets, and Primer Assembly with Primer Cover. Clean before lubricating.
